1. Area of application
These general terms and conditions (GTCT) are valid for all deliveries of Outdoorexperte hammocks dispatch to consumer (§13 Civil Code).

3. Offer and conclusion of the contract
3.1 The representation of the products in the on-line shop shows no juridically binding offer, but a request on the order. Mistakes reserve.

4. Right of withdrawal for consumers

In addition to the quoted prices we calculate for the deliveries less than 75.00 EUR of order value to Austria,Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, France, Italy, Finland, Poland, Spain, Czech, Hungary, Slowakia, Slovenia, Luxembourg inclusively 9.95 EUR per order - more than 75.00 EUR of order value Free of forwarding costs. The forwarding expenses are clearly informed of you on the product sides, in the goods basket system and on the order side again.
6. Delivery
6.1 The delivery follows with GLS.
6.2 The delivery time amounts from 1 up to 3 days. We point to perhaps deviant delivery times on the respective product side.
7. Payment
7.1 The payment follows alternatively by prepayment, debit note or Paypal
7.2 With choice of the method of payment prepayment we call to you our bank connection in the purchase or and deliver the product after payment entrance.
7.3 A right to the compensation is entitled to you only if your counterclaims are judicially ascertained legally or are indisputable or were recognised in writing by us.
7.4 They can carry out a right of retention only, as far as the claims from the same contractual relationship result.
8. Retention of title

9. Guarantee
